The Jarheads CD Release PartySeptember 23, 2012 @ Hey Joe’s! The Jarheads are a fierce, young, experimental punk trio hailing from Starkville, Mississippi. They formed in 2006, and as mere high school students, released their first EP entitled No Sugar in 2009. Their follow-up and first full-length album Breathe In was released in November 2010. It signified an exploration in sound and maturity, while staying true to its punk roots. Since then, The Jarheads  have toured regionally and recorded a brand new LP, which is set to drop this May. The new sound has been described as “psychedelic noise punk”, thoughtful and progressive, but always pop sensible.
